Magisters have extensive experience in advising on production sharing agreements, licensing and distribution agreements, hydrocarbon exploration and production deals, gas transit and transportation projects. As adviser to Naftogaz of Ukraine, Ukraine's largest oil & gas state-owned monopoly, since 2001, we have been actively involved in the reform of Ukraine's oil & gas laws. Our lawyers have participated in drafting intergovernmental gas agreements and intergovernmental gas negotiations.

With their vast experience of risk management in oil & gas operations in Russia, the lawyers of our Moscow Office have represented numerous upstream organizations in the resolution of their local and international disputes, most recently advising Russia's state-owned overseas exploration and development company, Zarubezhneft.

Our corporate finance services in the oil & gas industry include syndicated lending, pre-export and trade finance operations, and structured and project finance. Our recent experience in this sphere includes advising the lenders in the USD 227 million commodity-backed structured financing of natural gas export from Russia to Europe.
