Magisters leads Ukraine M&A league tables ranking first by value among law firms representing principals in announced transactions in 2008, according to Thomson Reuters. The firm also ranked second by number of M&A transactions. The firm advised clients in the deals worth USD 965.6 million, which accounts for 64.7% of total value of announced M&A deals in 2008 in Ukraine, Thomson Reuters reports. |
